Stampin' Up! Bunch of Blossoms

Hi everyone!  Hope you're having an awesome week!  I'm back with a colorful, super easy card using the Bunch of Blossoms stamp set.  If you like this one, you'll want to head over to my online store and grab it because it's retiring soon!  I really love the effect you get from mixing the dazzling diamonds glitter with the white embossing powder!  It doesn't show well in the picture, but it adds such a pretty, colorful sparkle to the card!  😊

I've listed the measurements, instructions and supplies below so you can have some fun and make one too!  😊 Click on any of the supplies to shop!

Measurements:  Card base - Whisper White, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 (Score at 4 1/4)
                               Scraps - Whisper White, one 2 x 4 and one 5 1/2 x 3

Instructions:  Cut, score and fold your card base.  Use the Polka Dot Basics embossing folder to emboss the front panel of card base.  Using Stamping Sponges and Classic Stampin' Pads in Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point and Pear Pizzazz, sponge ink onto the 5 1/2 x 3 scrap of Whisper White cardstock starting with the lightest color and moving to darkest.  Continue to add color until you have the look you want.  Tear along the 5" edge on each side so you wind up with a strip around 2 1/2" wide (see photo).  Tear toward you to get the white edge.  On the 2 x 4 scrap of Whisper White cardstock , stamp the detail image of the smallest petal from the Bunch of Blossoms stamp set five times using Versamark ink, making sure to leave room between each so you can punch these out.  Make a mixture of white Stampin' Emboss Powder and Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter (I used three parts powder to one part glitter) and sprinkle this on the Versamark.  Set with your heat tool.  Punch these out with the coordinating Blossom Builder Punch.  Also punch out two of the star-shaped images.  To create the stems, I used the Daisy Delight stamp set.  The photopolymer allowed me to bend the stem on the block to get the look I wanted.  You could also use the stem and leaves from the Bunch of Blossoms stamp set to get a similar look.  Stamp the stem with Versamark ink and sprinkle with the white Stampin' Emboss Powder (see photo).  Set with your heat tool.  Stamp the sentiment from the Bunch of Blossoms stamp set toward the top right corner of the sponged strip using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Attach the strip to the card base using snail adhesive.  Attach the petals using glue dots (see photo).  Snip the star-shaped images to get the flower bases (see photo) and attach with glue dots.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I appreciate the chance to share with you and hope you get a chance to do some creating of your own!  😊  Remember that the new annual catalog will be coming out in June so there's lots of retiring products that won't be available much longer.  Click here if you'd like to head over to my online store and do some shopping!

Blessings,
