Stampin' Up! Humming Along Bundle

Hi everyone!  Hope you're having a great week!  I'm excited to share this sweet and simple card using the Humming Along stamp set and coordinating framelits.  I'm not an artist by any means but the Stampin' Blends markers I used to color the images make it so easy to do blending and shading that I feel like one!  😊 And I love the dimension that's added by layering the die cuts!

Here are the measurements, instructions and supplies used so you can create your own work of art!  Click on any of the supplies to shop.

Measurements:  Card base - Whisper White, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 (Score at 4 1/4 on long side)
                               First layer - Soft Suede, 5 1/8 x 3 7/8
                               Top layer - Whisper White, 5 x 3 3/4
                               Rectangle Frame - Soft Suede, Rectangle Stitched Framelits (the 2 7/8 x 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 x 1 1/8 frames, nested)
Scrap - Whisper White, to die cut humming birds and flowers

Instructions:  Cut, score and fold your card base.  Cut your layers and frame.  Stamp the humming bird and flower from the Humming Along stamp set onto the scrap of Whisper White with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  Color with Stampin' Blends markers and cut out with Hummingbird Framelits.  I used the colors listed below but you can use whatever colors you'd like, it's your creation!  (I even tried several different color combos.  There's a picture of those above.)  Cut four more hummingbirds and four more flowers from the Whisper White scrap and layer them together with glue to create thickness, gluing the stamped and colored image on top.  Stamp the "Thank you" from the Humming Along stamp set onto the Whisper White top layer, down and slightly left of center (see photo).   Position the frame around the "Thank you" (without gluing it down yet) and set the piece that was cut from the center of the frame back into place with a tiny bit of snail.  Remove the frame and this will create a mask so you can stamp the background with the Crackle Paint stamp in Soft Suede.  Use snail to attach the first and top layer to the card base.  Glue the frame into place.  Attach the hummingbird and flower (see photo).  I used glue dots to attach mine.
